When I stopped laughing long enough to be wipe my eyes and breath, I thought I would add a fourth part to this series of posts.
Remember that flyer from the FBI that was posted on WND that I showed and talked about in my post “FBI’s most wanted list Part II”?

I just wanted to Hi-lite a few things from that flyer, and a few of the many reasons why it is so incredibly stupid.

Obviously whoever wrote it never took a class on Critical Thinking 101 or ever learned about logical errors or even has any logic for that matter.

1. According to the flyer, as you can see, Crocodile Dundee has to be a terrorist worthy of being arrested. He is not only interested in using dynamite for a purpose other than it was intended for, he did use it…
Pay close attention to the end of this video for proof that Crocodile Dundee is a terrorist.

2. According to this section, I must be a terrorist because I’m missing parts of two of my fingers on my right hand. Never mind the fact that they were severed on a gasket cutting machine in an industrial accident when I was only nineteen.
3. According to this section, FEMA has to be infested with terrorists. Look at the official FEMA website… http://www.fema.gov/areyouready/assemble_disaster_supplies_kit.shtm

According this this flyer it’s a sin to just be a wise steward of their money, who isn’t stupid enough to use a credit card for everything and spend a tremendous amount on interest rates when you don’t have to.

And sense when is it a criminal act to protect your identity from everyone who asks for it.
I went to a medical clinic and they asked for my social security number and I told them they didn’t need it. Am I a terrorist? Don’t think so Tim!

Ever since its inception, the FBI has been one of the most respected Law enforcement agencies in the world.
I highly respect law enforcement for all that they do for us. They are to be honored for protecting citizens all across the country. However, unfortunately, it seems the Federal Bureau of Investigation, has changed itself drastically into the Federal Bureau of Idiots.
The previous two posts were about the FBI putting out a flyer encouraging owners and workers of hotels, motels, sporting-goods stores and surplus stores to spy and report on their fellow Americans.
Why this flyer should make you laugh, scream with anger, and cry with sadness all at the same time.
1. This is America home of the brave, not Amerikka home of the snitch!
2. Our country was founded by people who thought the very thing that the FBI is calling terrorism was the principle on which this country was founded.
3. Are we going to get arrested for going backpacking or camping now? Think about it, they want stores to report purchases of waterproof matches and meals ready to eat.
4. They want stores to report people who are buying something and don’t know anything about what they are buying. (Am I the only one who thinks this is incredibly stupid?) We’d have to report and arrest everyone over the age of 55 who buys a computer for the first time, or women who buy sports equipment for their husbands. Who would be left?
5. If the founding fathers that wrote, signed and fought for the Declaration of Independence were still alive, the FBI would apparently want them spied on and probably arrested for terrorism.
6. The majority of gun owners and sporting-goods stores and “surplus” stores hate liberals and believe in the patriotic American way of life. What makes the FBI think that they would go out of their way to spy on American citizens like a bunch of communists in cold war Soviet Union?
7. Why should we spy on born and bred US Citizens when the Federal Government has turned a blind eye to people that aren’t even from this country who have known ties to terrorists, if not terrorists themselves?
When did it become a crime in America to be proud of your patriotic roots? When did it become a crime to speak your mind?
The First Amendment of the United States Constitution states:
Amendment 1 – Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression ratified on 12/15/1791. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Does any part of that flyer smell like the stench of Anti American governmental control to anyone else?
Yet sadly, most of America is more concerned about what outfits Lady Gaga (who’s no lady) and Heidi Klum are going to wear, than they are about their rights being slowly swiped out of their grasp by their own government which is supposed to protect those rights.
It’s no wonder Obama rushed to induct Kegan into the Justice Hall of shame aka our Supreme Court. She not only violated a federal law and got away with it (as Dean of Harvard Law she denied the US military recruiters space to recruit on campus), she also was the first dean in the history of Harvard Law to remove Constitutional law from the curriculum and add European style law.

Now Obama is trying to control what we say around dead people

Well, I don’t think even Ripley would believe this load of cra* that Obama’s administration is hoisting upon the American public.

Federal judge overrules Obama VA, says pastor can pray in the name of Jesus

One would expect to hear a Christian pastor pray in the name of Jesus at a cemetery on Memorial Day.

That’s what Pastor Scott Rainey of Houston’s Living Word Church of the Nazarene has done for the last two years. This year, however, he was ordered not to by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Houston National Cemetery.

After being asked to submit his prayer in writing before the service, the pastor was told by cemetery director Arleen Ocasio he could not pray unless he edited the text and removed the name “Jesus.”

The prayer concluded with “in the name of Jesus Christ, the risen Lord.”

“Our national cemeteries are places for all veterans of all beliefs,” Ocasio wrote. “We cannot be exclusive at a ceremony meant to be inclusive for all our nation’s veterans.”

Attorney Geoff Berg supported Ocasio’s position, calling it “the American way.” “This is a country without a specific religion,” he told My Fox Houston.

But a federal judge stepped in and the pastor was allowed to give his prayer.

According to Fox News:

U.S. District Judge Lynn Hughes issued the order preventing the Dept. of Veterans Affairs and the Houston National Cemetery from ordering Pastor Scott Rainey to remove the name of Jesus from his prayer. The judge ruled that such censorship violated the First Amendment.

The First Amendment reads:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Jeff Mateer of the Liberty Institute represented Rainey, and called the action by the VA ‘government censorship.’

“Our veterans fought and many died for our religious freedom and to have it stripped away under the façade of inclusiveness is the height of offense to those who have served our country,” he said.

Jared Woodfill, Chairman of the Harris county Republican Party, called the move “religious persecution” by “the wild-eyed left.” Woodfill writes:

Respected Houston Pastor Scott Rainey, who has delivered invocations before the Texas State House of Representatives, the Harris County Commissioners Court, and for the past two years, at the Houston National Cemetery’s Memorial Day Ceremony, was denied the permission to pray according to his faith.

Woodfill’s harshest criticism was directed at the Obama administration:

The Obama Administration is trying to socialize the American economy and now they’re also coming after our religious liberty.

Liberty Institute attorney Erin Leu told Fox News Radio that Ocasio’s actions were clearly unconsitutional and issued a warning: “People should be very alarmed that the government was attempting to censor someone’s private religious prayer.”

For now, Pastor Rainey can continue to pray in the name of Jesus Christ – even in a National Cemetery.

“I have never said a prayer in my life where I didn’t end it by saying ‘in the name of Jesus Christ, I pray, amen,’” Rainey told My Fox Houston.

First they came… Part II

If you read my recent article First they came… Part I and you are under 40, you are probably asking yourself, “What’s this conservative old goat talking about.” “Why do I care what happened to some stupid German preacher over 50 years ago, in another century?”
You would do very well to ask yourself that.
History to some is a very boring subject, filled with yawns and annoying test questions. But to anyone with the ability to have a cognitive thought swimming around in that soup called grey matter… you know that those who have forgotten the past are doomed to repeat it.
Again, you are probably thinking what does this have to do with me? The answer my friend is not blowing in the wind… Again, the answer is those who are ignorant, and entertainment happy enough to forget history, are destined to repeat it.
Well if you are under the age of 40, especially if you are attending college, I would suggest you delve into a place called a library and do some research.
While technically Nazism was Fascism and there is a slight difference between Fascism in its goals and Socialism, the way they go about achieving their goals are very similar, frighteningly and shockingly similar.

A common definition of fascism: “A governmental system with strong centralized power, permitting no opposition or criticism, controlling all affairs of the nation (industrial, commercial, etc.)” (American College Dictionary, New York: Random House, 1957).
Socialist states have included the USSR(1), Communist China, socialist Sweden, socialist England, Cuba, North Korea, and a handful of lesser regimes in Eastern Europe, East Africa, and Southeast Asia. Once again, there is a prima facie difficulty in determining what factor these various states held in common. After all, some socialist regimes (like Sweden’s and England’s) were elected democratically. Others, like the USSR’s and the PRC’s, were the result of popular violent revolutions. Still others were the product of either military coup (Cuba, Ethiopia, Vietnam) or foreign invasion (the Eastern Bloc). The trait common to all of these is provided, once again by the definition of socialism: “a theory or system of social organization which advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means or production, capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole” (American College Dictionary).
Once we remember the possibility of the existence of such a system, the differences between socialism and fascism become trivial, superficial and, above all, non-essential. Differentiation of socialism and fascism from capitalism permits the recognition of their similarity. They do differ from each other, but only in the way in which the scalene and the isosceles differ from each other: in degree, but not in kind. Socialism and fascism are each forms of statism,(sic) forms of government in which the government is given complete or extensive control over the lives of its citizens.
This theoretical consideration has massive consequences in the practical realm: The differences we noted before turn out not to be as important as we once might have thought.

I have learned a great deal from Marxism, as I do not hesitate to admit. The difference between them and myself is that I have really put into practice what these peddlers and penpushers have timidly begun…I had only to develop logically what Social Democracy repeatedly failed in because of its attempt to realize its evolution within the framework of democracy. National Socialism is what Marxism might have been if it could have broken its absurd and artificial ties with the democratic order.

As discussed in the first article, Adolph Hitler took advantage of a cultural, economic, and religious vacuum in post WW I Germany. He was a master strategist. He was megalomaniacal and believed to be frightfully mad, and an occultist with almost no equal in the early twentieth century, but he was equally ruthless and cunning and an excellent recruiter of like-minded individuals. He was excellent at delegating tasks amongst a protected and private group of party leaders. ________________________________________
He was a brilliant orator. Even sixty plus years later, when one listens to an old film reel of Hitler speak, the hairs stand up on the back of your neck.
Hitler knew enough to speak accordingly to different audiences. He promised tax cuts to farmers, and in rural areas spoke of redistribution of wealth. Despite being severely outnumbered by his critics and opponents, Hitler became the Chancellor in January 1933. The main reason for his victory once again was the horrific economic conditions and spiritual unrest of the nation after the nation’s defeat in WW I. The night that Hitler was named Chancellor was fortuitous for the Nazi party as many of the leading industrialists came forward and called for Hitler because they said he was the only one strong enough as Chancellor to keep the coming Bolshevik revolution from overtaking Germany. ________________________________________
The Nazi Party was originally the German Workers Party (GWP). In the spring of 1920, Hitler suggested that they change their name to the National Socialist German Workers Party (NSDAP). Hitler hated the socialists and communists and Russians in general. However he was politically savvy enough to know that after WW I Socialism was a popular philosophy. But he wanted to maintain the integral part of his belief that Jews and non-Germans were inferior, the NSDAP published its programme which became known as the 25 points. The party refused to accept the terms of the Treaty of Versailles, and to reinforce their ideas on Nationalism, equal rights were only for German citizens.
In an appeal to the working class and socialists, the programme included several measures that would redistribute income and war profits, profit sharing in large industries, nationalization of trusts, increases in old age pensions and free education. ________________________________________
Hitler was such a fantastic orator, that many times the large crowds that followed him and gathered at his speeches would erupt in violence. On one such occasion the crowd erupted in violence and brutally beat a rival politician. Hitler himself was imprisoned for three months for having a part in the riot. When Hitler was released he began forming his own private army called the Sturm Abteilung (Storm Section) These brutes and thugs were also known as Storm Troopers or Brown Shirts. They were soon to be led by one Hermann Goering. ________________________________________
Hitler and his thugs were seen by many to be too aggressive and violent in his speeches to entice violence against the liberal socialists. In the 1928 German National elections, less than 3% voted for the Nazi Party.
In 1929 Hitler and the Nazi party found themselves blessed by fortune, in that the Wall Street Crash of October 1929 caused a United States, desperate for capital, to begin to recall loans from Europe. One of the consequences was rapid unemployment and an economy which relied heavily on investment from the United States collapsed worse than any other European nation. Before the 1929 crash, 1.25 million people were unemployed in Germany. Towards the end of 1930, the numbers reached over 4 million.
Hitler who had been considered a dangerous fool in 1928 when he had predicted an economic disaster was now being seen as brilliant.
There were many times where Hitler was called a Messiah of his time.

First they came… Part I

 Martin Niemöller had at one point in the early 20^th Century been in the military and was a strong supporter of German Nationalism. After WW I there was mass poverty and social unrest. There were many attempts to settle Germany and return to a nation of power and pride. There were many failed attempts at taking over the German government. Enter into the world scene one Adolf Hitler. Hitler had enough military power behind him because he had a charismatic persona. His ideas and ultimate goals were to take advantage of the crises sweeping across the nation of Germany. The crises of spiritual and political unrest after the carnage of a plummeting economy brought on by the ravages of defeat in WW I. The crisis that Hitler was able to take advantage of most effectively was the political vacuum that arose between WW I and WW II.

After leaving the military Niemöller attended seminary and went into service as a Protestant pastor.

As Hitler began to gather strength, he began manipulating the church in Germany. He convinced many church leaders, like Niemöller, that Nationalism and utter commitment to the flag of Germany was of utmost importance and should be a rallying cry of the church in Germany. When Hitler stressed the importance of Christianity to German nationality and Christianity’s role in the renewal of national morality and ethics, Niemöller enthusiastically welcomed the Third Reich.

In early 1934 Niemöller and two Protestant Bishops met with Hitler to discuss what Hitler saw as the role of the German Protestant church (the only true church according to the Nazi party). The two Bishops signed the statement giving unconditional loyalty to the Führer.

By 1934 Niemöller and a few others, had begun to see how Hitler and the growing Nazi party had been taking advantage of Church leaders who were passionate about their country. Many Gestapo agents had infiltrated churches to help lead them in the right direction and to monitor them and encourage others to spy on their own families and friends. By this point, many who had not previously seen the evil behind the mask of German Nationalism were now too afraid to stand up and voice the truth.

Niemöller refused to bow to the coming tide of evil. Between 1934 and 1937 he was arrested by the State Police many times for speaking out against the growing influence of neo-paganism and the growing evil of anti-Semitism (At one point late in life, Niemöller admitted that Hitler’s own anti-Semitic viewpoints were similar to his own if not more extreme). This caused Niemöller and a few others to create the Confessing Church in May 1934. This group declared itself the one true Lutheran Church in Germany, only deriving inspiration from God himself (Not Adolf Hitler).

Niemöller became well known in Berlin. He was warned constantly by police for his critical sermons against the growing neo-paganism of the Nazi movement. He was repeatedly arrested between 1934 and 1937.

In the summer of 1937, Niemöller was arrested by the Gestapo. He was charged with “treasonable utterances”. He was in a Berlin prison for seven and a half months, until his trial where he was put in solitary confinement.

In early 1938, he was convicted under the law “For the Prevention of Treacherous Attacks on State and Party and the Law for the Maintenance of Respect for Party Uniforms”. He was sentenced to pay 2,000 Reichsmarks, and serve seven months detention (which he had more than already served while awaiting trial).

The Gestapo placed him under Protective Detention, and placed him in the Sachsenhausen (Saxxon’s Houses) concentration camp of Kristallnacht fame (or infamy).

After a few years in Sachsenhausen, Niemöller wrote a letter to an old acquaintance from his military experience, an Admiral of the German fleet. He asked for liberation so he could return to service. Awhile after, he was removed from one of the worst hellholes filled with psychotic, sadistic, murderous Nazis, and moved to Dachau.

After approximately seven years of imprisonment, for merely standing up for his belief in what is right, and against evil…

Niemöller was sent by German troops to Austria and during the transfer by freight train with other prisoners, he was set free by American Occupation forces.

Despite the hardships, and attrocities perpetrated on him and those around him in the concentration camps, despite his notoriety from the pulpit, he was virtually unknown and unheard of until the 1950’s. In the 1950’s, Niemöller returned to the very concentration camps he was forced to survive in, and it is reported that while facing Dachau from outside the old gates,

that Niemöller began the thought which has become one of the most far reaching quotes in all of free humanity.

That Obama’s birth certificate lists a
registrar that appears remarkably like a
forger’s signature joke on the word “ukulele” is not the only peculiarity
observed in comparing the president’s record with other long-form Hawaiian birth certificates that have been fully
authenticated.The question is whether the Obama birth record the White House released
Wednesday is an authentic photocopy of an original 1961 vital record or a
modern-day forgery.

The Rosetta Stone for determining the authenticity of the Obama birth
document is the long-form birth certificates for the Nordyke twins, which WND discovered and authenticated in
July 2009.

Birth certificate of Gretchen Nordyke, one of two twin sisters born at what was known in 1961 as the Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii.

A side-by-side comparison of the Nordyke twins’ birth certificates with the
Obama birth certificate the White House released yesterday reveals many
differences, some with regard to content, others to format.

• In the Nordyke twins’ birth certificate, in Box 20, “Date Accepted by Local
  Reg.” and Box 22, “Date Accepted by Reg. General,” the date is stamped “AUG 11
  1961,” while the date is stamped on Obama’s birth certificate as “AUG -8 1961,”
  with a dash before the middle number designating the day.
• In the Nordyke twins’ birth certificates, the type in Box 8, “Name of the
  Father” lines up to the right margin with the typing in the next three boxes
  below, while in the Obama birth certificate, the typing in Box 10, “Age of
  Father,” and Box 15, “Age of Mother,” are indented below the “R” in “Barack” in
  Box 8.
• In the Nordyke twins’s birth certificate, the type in Box 9, “Race of
  Father,” Box 12b, “Kind of Business or Industry,” and Box 14, “Race of Mother,”
  line up to the left margin of the box (in all three boxes for Susan Elizabeth
  Nordyke and in two of the three boxes for Gretchen Carter Nordyke), while in the
  Obama birth certificate, the type in each of these three boxes is indented from
  the right box margin, with varying indent spacing in each line.
• In Box 16, “Birthplace of Mother,” in the Nordyke twins’ birth certificate,
  the letters of “Los Angeles, California,” are aligned at the bottom margin,
  while in the Obama birth certificate, the “K” in Kansas rides up and appears
  only partially struck at the top.
• The left-margin alignment in the boxes throughout the Nordyke twins’ birth
  certificates suggest a typewriter was set up to fill in information by tabbing
  through the document, as compared to the more irregular content of the
  information filled in the boxes on the Obama birth certificate.
• The typed letters in the Nordyke twins’ birth certificates appear
  irregularly spaced, often run together, as in the capital letters of the boxes
  stating the name of the father and mother, while the typed letters in the Obama
  birth certificate appear evenly spaced, not run together, not even with the
  capital letters in the boxes stating the name of the father and the mother Boxes
  8 and 13). Again, the differences more strongly suggest the Nordyke twins’ birth
  certificates were prepared on a manual typewriter.
• In Box 3, “This Birth,” the “X” marking “Twins” in the Nordyke twins’ birth
  certificates strikes the box upper left, as is the case with Box 4, “If Twin or
  Triple, Was Child Born,” while Box 3 in Obama’s is struck top right.
• Similar differences in how the “X” strikes the boxes can be seen in Box 6d
  and 7e where the “X” on Obama’s birth certificate fits squarely into the box,
  drifting toward the top, and the “X” in the Nordyke twins’ birth certificates
  fall high and to the right in the boxes provided.
• The Nordyke twins’ birth certificates in Box 5a lists the birthdate as Aug.
  5, 1961, with the month abbreviated, while Obama’s in Box 5a lists the birthdate
  as August 4, 1961, with the month spelled out.
• In the Nordyke twins’ birth certificates the “H” in “Honolulu” in Boxes 7a
  and 7c drifts high above the horizontal of the other typed letters, while in
  Obama’s birth certificate the “H” in “Honolulu” is consistently on line with the
  other letters in the word.
• The dates stamped in the Nordyke twins
  birth certificates in Boxes 20 and 22 appear irregularly stamped, at an angle,
  while the date stamps in the Obama birth certificate appear more evenly on line,
  at the center of the boxes, even if a bit high in the box.
• The local registrar in the Nordyke twins’ birth certificate, Box 21, is
  different than the local registrar who signed the Obama birth certificate. Was
  there more than one local registrar operating to process birth certificates from
  Kapiolani hospital at this time?
• The Nordyke twins’ birth certificate at the bottom have the printed
  signature of the director of health and the registrar general, along with the
  date the copies were issued, “5-5-1966,” while the Obama birth certificate has
  no similar official designations indicating the date on which the copy was
  issued or that the copy was certified by the director of health and the
  registrar general to be a “true and correct copy” of the original record on file
  in the Research, Planning and Statistics Office of the Hawaii State Department
  of Health.
• The Norydke twins’ birth certificates appear white against black, in the
  format typical of 1960s Photostats, while the Obama birth certificate appears to
  be a machine copy printed on hash-marked Department of Health paper; yet in
  Obama’s modern photocopy, a black space at the top appears created by the fold
  of the paper at the top left corner into the binder and no similar indentation
  is seen in the Nordyke twins’s photostatic copy.

Some of these differences may be explained by different people preparing the
documents on different typewriters, yet how two different formats appear in the
date stamp used in Boxes 20 and 22 is more difficult to explain if the Obama
birth certificate is legitimate.

Both the Nordyke twins’ birth certificates and the Obama birth certificate
identify the birth hospital as Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital,
even though there has been considerable Internet discussion that that was not the official name of
the hospital in 1961.

After Hawaii Gov. Neil
Abercrombie dismissed Dr. Neil Palafox from being appointed director of
health, there may have been no one heading the Hawaiian Department of Health
to sign off on the authenticity of the Obama birth document.

Still, it remains remarkable that the Hawaii Department of Health and the
White House released the Obama birth certificate without the type of
authenticating information that appears at the bottom of the Nordyke twins’
birth certificates.

certificate that do not appear on the Nordyke twin’s birth certificates:

• In Box 3, “This Birth,” there are two “Xs” above “Twin” and “Triplet” – why
  are these “Xs” here and what do they signify?

• What is the meaning of the smudges in the Obama birth certificate in the box
  containing the name of the attending physician?

• What is the significance of the numbers, seen vertically, on the right side
  of the Obama birth certificate?

dates, certificate numbers and registration numbers in comparing the Nordyke
twins’ birth certificates to the Obama birth certificate:

• As WND reported, the numbers
  on the long-form birth certificates issued by Kapi’olani to the Nordyke twins
  are lower than the number given President Obama, even though the president’s
  birth certificate was accepted by the registrar general and stamped with a
  certificate number three days earlier.
• Susan Nordyke, the first twin, was born at 2:12 p.m. Hawaii time on Aug. 5,
  1961, and was given Certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10637, which was filed with the
  Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961.
• Gretchen Nordyke, the second twin, was born at 2:17 p.m. Hawaii time Aug. 5,
  1961, and was given Certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10638, which was also filed with
  the Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961.
• Yet, according to the Certification
  of Live Birth released by FactCheck.org during the 2008 presidential
  campaign – and now according to the long-form, hospital-generated birth
  certificate the White House released yesterday – Barack Obama was given a higher
  certificate number than the Nordyke twins.
• Barack Obama was given Certificate No. 151 – 1961 – 10641, even though he
  was born Aug. 4, 1961, the day before the Nordyke twins, and his birth was
  registered with the Hawaii Department of Health registrar three days earlier, on
  Aug. 8, 1961.

WND has previously reported on information discrepancies between the birth
dates, certificate numbers and registration numbers in comparing the Nordyke
twins’ birth certificates to the Obama birth certificate:

In 1961, the birth certificate numbers were not assigned by the hospitals.

Instead, the numbers were stamped to the birth record by the Hawaii
Department of Health at the main office in Honolulu.

This is the only place birth certificate numbers were assigned.

At the last step of the process, the documents were accepted by the registrar
general, with the date of registration filled into box No. 22 on the lower right
hand corner of the long-form birth certificate.

The date the birth document was accepted by the registrar general was the
same date the birth certificate number was stamped on the birth record.

The birth certificate number was stamped on the form by a rubber stamp that
automatically increased the birth certificate number by one each time the birth
certificate was stamped.

The question is, in 1961, how was it possible that the Nordyke twins had
their birth certificates accepted by the registrar general in Hawaii three days
later than the registrar general accepted Obama’s birth certificate, when their
birth certificate numbers are lower than Obama’s number?

At the time the Nordyke twins’ birth certificates were discovered, WND
displayed copies of the two documents to make clear the limited information
contained in the short-form Certification of Live Birth that Obama supporters at
that time were claiming was the only Obama birth record needed to prove a
Hawaiian birth.

In a recorded interview with WND, Eleanor Nordyke said she had no
recollection of Ann Dunham having been in the hospital at the same time she
delivered her twin daughters.

“I was in such pain delivering the twins,” Mrs. Nordyke said, “that I have
very little recollection of the experience at all, except for the pain.”

Neither the White House nor the Hawaii Department of Health has yet provided
an original copy of the Obama birth certificate for forensic examination.

What most people are too seemingly ignorant of the facts to know, is everytime the news tells you that Obama has brought more people back to work in his administration… “see look at the unemployment facts to prove it.” What they aren’t telling you and nobody cares enough to notice, is that the reason why so many people have gone out of the ranks of the unemployed listings is because more and more of them are going into the ranks of the 99’rs who no longer are on the record books but are no less unemployed.

Millions of Americans have been seeking employment so long that they are no longer even listed in the ranks because they aren’t receiving unemployment any more, they are no longer listed as unemployed. They are the forgotten millions. Many of these millions are returning Veterans, whose country has literally forgotten them and left them homeless.

Administration Approves Bailout Pay Packages

WASHINGTON (AP) — The four companies still receiving government bailout aid won’t be able to raise the amount of cash they pay out to their top executives this year, the administration’s pay czar has ruled.

The decisions, released late Friday, cover 2011 compensation for the top 25 executives at General Motors Co., Chrysler, American International Group Inc. and Ally Financial Inc., the former financing arm of GM. The rulings clear the way for millions of dollars in salary and bonuses to be paid out by companies that are still repay the billions in aid they received during the financial crisis from the government’s $700 billion Troubled Asset Relief Program.

While the companies can’t give cash raises, they are being allowed to boost the value of deferred stock awards to their executives. The Treasury Department defended that decision, saying it is in line with pay guidelines that it used to make compensation decisions in 2009 and 2010.

The government’s findings do not identify the executives by name but only by salary rankings.

The highest-paid executive at insurance giant AIG will total compensation of $10.5 million in 2011, including a $3 million salary, the largest of any of the pay packages approved Friday by the pay czar. AIG confirmed in a filing with regulators Friday that President and CEO Robert Benmosche’s pay will stand at $10.5 million this year, the same package he received in 2010.

GM’s highest-paid executive will receive $1.7 million in salary for 2011 and performance-based stock awards that will bring total compensation to $9 million. The highest-paid executive at Ally Financial will receive no cash salary in 2011 but can be granted performance-based stock awards worth $9.5 million. GM is headed by Chairman and CEO Dan Akerson, and Ally’s CEO is Michael Carpenter.

AIG nearly went under during the 2008 financial crisis. It had written insurance on the value of hundreds of billions in mortgage investments held by financial institutions. When the investments lost value, AIG could not afford to make good on its contracts. It took government help to stay out of bankruptcy and received a bailout package with a total value of $182 billion. The government got a 92 percent stake in the company and hopes to start selling the shares soon to help recoup its money. The company also has been selling off assets to repay the aid.

Taxpayers provided a total of $49.5 billion to GM as it went through a bankruptcy reorganization in 2009. The Treasury Department has trimmed its stake in GM to 26.5 percent of the company from 61 percent, when it sold $23.1 billion of GM stock at an initial public offering in November. Treasury will need to sell its remaining GM shares at an average price of $53 to break even on the bailout.

Ally, which is 74 percent owned by the government, announced this week that it is preparing an initial public stock offering as a way to repay a portion of the $17.2 billion in aid it received.

The highest-paid executive at Chrysler, Sergio Marchionne, who is head of both Chrysler and Italy’s Fiat, is not affected by the pay restrictions because he receives his salary from Fiat. The pay czar’s filing showed that the second-highest paid executive at Chrysler will receive $500,000 in cash salary this year and total compensation of $1.18 million.

The compensation decisions were announced by Patricia Geoghegan, who succeeded Kenneth Feinberg last September. Geoghegan, a tax and compensation lawyer, came to Treasury after retiring as a partner from the New York law firm of Cravath, Swaine and Moore.

Feinberg’s departure last fall ended a contentious 14-month career as pay czar in which critics contended he had not done enough to reign in excessive salaries and bonuses at companies rescued by billions of dollars of taxpayer support. Feinberg now oversees a $20 billion fund created by BP PLC to compensate victims of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill.

Feinberg argued that his efforts had laid the foundation for a new compensation system based on longterm performance.

In a final report, Feinberg recommended that future compensation decisions should place limits on guaranteed cash payments and require that pay packages have a significant performance component.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vermont, one of Feinberg’s most vocal critics, contended that Feinberg had not been tough enough in cracking down on the pay excesses on Wall Street that had contributed to the financial crisis by encouraging excessive risk-taking.
