Martin Niemöller had at one point in the early 20th Century been in the military and was a strong supporter of German Nationalism. After WW I there was mass poverty and social unrest. There were many attempts to settle Germany and return to a nation of power and pride. There were many failed attempts at taking over the German government. Enter into the world scene one Adolf Hitler. Hitler had enough military power behind him because he had a charismatic persona. His ideas and ultimate goals were to take advantage of the crises sweeping across the nation of Germany. The crises of spiritual and political unrest after the carnage of a plummeting economy brought on by the ravages of defeat in WW I. The crisis that Hitler was able to take advantage of most effectively was the political vacuum that arose between WW I and WW II.

After leaving the military Niemöller attended seminary and went into service as a Protestant pastor.

As Hitler began to gather strength, he began manipulating the church in Germany. He convinced many church leaders, like Niemöller, that Nationalism and utter commitment to the flag of Germany was of utmost importance and should be a rallying cry of the church in Germany. When Hitler stressed the importance of Christianity to German nationality and Christianity’s role in the renewal of national morality and ethics, Niemöller enthusiastically welcomed the Third Reich.

In early 1934 Niemöller and two Protestant Bishops met with Hitler to discuss what Hitler saw as the role of the German Protestant church (the only true church according to the Nazi party). The two Bishops signed the statement giving unconditional loyalty to the Führer.

By 1934 Niemöller and a few others, had begun to see how Hitler and the growing Nazi party had been taking advantage of Church leaders who were passionate about their country. Many Gestapo agents had infiltrated churches to help lead them in the right direction and to monitor them and encourage others to spy on their own families and friends. By this point, many who had not previously seen the evil behind the mask of German Nationalism were now too afraid to stand up and voice the truth.

Niemöller refused to bow to the coming tide of evil. Between 1934 and 1937 he was arrested by the State Police many times for speaking out against the growing influence of neo-paganism and the growing evil of anti-Semitism (At one point late in life, Niemöller admitted that Hitler’s own anti-Semitic viewpoints were similar to his own if not more extreme). This caused Niemöller and a few others to create the Confessing Church in May 1934. This group declared itself the one true Lutheran Church in Germany, only deriving inspiration from God himself (Not Adolf Hitler).

Niemöller became well known in Berlin. He was warned constantly by police for his critical sermons against the growing neo-paganism of the Nazi movement. He was repeatedly arrested between 1934 and 1937.

In the summer of 1937, Niemöller was arrested by the Gestapo. He was charged with “treasonable utterances”. He was in a Berlin prison for seven and a half months, until his trial where he was put in solitary confinement.

In early 1938, he was convicted under the law “For the Prevention of Treacherous Attacks on State and Party and the Law for the Maintenance of Respect for Party Uniforms”. He was sentenced to pay 2,000 Reichsmarks, and serve seven months detention (which he had more than already served while awaiting trial).

The Gestapo placed him under Protective Detention, and placed him in the Sachsenhausen (Saxxon’s Houses) concentration camp of Kristallnacht fame (or infamy).

Sachsenhausen prisoners from Laborcamp

After a few years in Sachsenhausen, Niemöller wrote a letter to an old acquaintance from his military experience, an Admiral of the German fleet. He asked for liberation so he could return to service. Awhile after, he was removed from one of the worst hellholes filled with psychotic, sadistic, murderous Nazis, and moved to Dachau.

After approximately seven years of imprisonment, for merely standing up for his belief in what is right, and against evil…

Niemöller was sent by German troops to Austria and during the transfer by freight train with other prisoners, he was set free by American Occupation forces.

Despite the hardships, and attrocities perpetrated on him and those around him in the concentration camps, despite his notoriety from the pulpit, he was virtually unknown and unheard of until the 1950’s. In the 1950’s, Niemöller returned to the very concentration camps he was forced to survive in, and it is reported that while facing Dachau from outside the old gates,

Dachau from the outside

that Niemöller began the thought which has become one of the most far reaching quotes in all of free humanity.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out – Because I was not a Socialist …

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out – Because I was not a trade Unionist …

Then they came for Jews, and I did not speak out – Because I was not a Jew …

Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak for me…

Here is a link to a survey from NewsMax about your opinion if Donald Trump ran for President –

Not every strong, fiscally responsible U.S. President has been a Christian. While it would be a dream for the conservative Christian members of the conservative right to find a good strong Christian, with a killer personality who can get the job done, there really aren’t any currently. The two most recent U.S. Presidents have sold us out to Global power players and are trying to disolve our freedoms while we sleep, despite claiming to be Christians! Obama for instance has already insulted America by saying that it is no longer a Christian Nation (Did he ever ask America about that? He has forgotten that the President represents the people, we don’t represent him!), and with his supposed health care reform he has already thumbed his nose to millions of conservative, and even some liberal voters.

With Trump’s business success and his global enterprise experience, Trump would not only would be a good strong candidate that could win the Primary and Presidential Election, but also turn our country back from the economic abyss, and the brink of socialist insanity pushed by Obama and his “Czar” thugs. You know what you’re getting with Trump, he’s arrogant, he’s a powerful man, and with his business empire, he has global connections, and he answers to nobody but himself, unlike Bush and Obama.

Sarah Palin has been the golden girl of the Conservative right. However, I think she lacks the punch and overall strength that Trump has to win the primary and general election as President. She has good political experience and a strong presence.  Could they make a good team with her running as Vice President.? She’s popular and has a good head on her shoulders. Former Governor Mike Huckabee would be another good strong running mate with Trump. The Conservative side needs a good strong power player with experience in the front runner position who has a good popularity base, as well as a perceived strong supporter for Vice President.  One thing is clear, Conservatives can’t afford another front runner like McCain.

Voters on the right, and even many on the left think it is high time to say it…say it loud and say it clear…  Barry, YOU’RE FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Annual subscribers will receive a free autographed copy of “The Late Great USA,” a book about the careful deceptions of a powerful elite who want to undermine our nation’s sovereignty.

Democrats have found yet another way to circumvent the U.S. Constitution: Bypass the Electoral College and elect a president by popular vote without first passing an amendment to the founding document, Jerome Corsi’s Red Alert reports.

The Massachusetts Senate has joined five other states in passing a National Popular Vote bill to do just that. It approved the legislation July 15 by a margin of 28-10.

National Popular Vote website displays this map showing legislation’s advance in various states.

The National Popular Vote, which already passed the Massachusetts House, is within one final “enactment vote” in the Massachusetts Senate before the measure can be ready for the governor’s signature, the Boston Globe reported.

“Under the proposed law, all 12 of the state’s electoral votes would be awarded to the candidate who receives the most votes nationally,” according to the report.

(Story continues below)

“The idea is that Massachusetts will instruct its electors in the Electoral College to vote for the candidate receiving the majority of presidential election votes nationally, regardless of how the state’s own voters cast their ballots,” Corsi explained.

The Massachusetts National Popular Vote bill, if signed into law by Gov. Deval Patrick, will not go into effect until states possessing a majority of Electoral College votes pass similar legislation.

The movement is popularly characterized as “One Person, One Vote for President,” a slogan designed to suggest the Electoral College method of counting presidential votes is “unfair” under a 14th Amendment “One Vote, One Person” definition of voter rights.

Critics fear the movement, if successful, could turn the entire nation into a potential “Florida 2000” battleground in close elections.

“Even in states where a candidate lost by a huge margin, every vote would need to be examined, a catastrophic, costly scenario,” John Cork wrote in The New York Times.

“It would become possible, in a three-party race, for a candidate to fail to win even a single state but take the popular vote,” he continued. “Do we really want to create a system where New York electoral votes could be determined by voters in Utah or Alaska?”

Corsi argues that a national movement to pass National Popular Vote legislation in the state legislatures has been motivated by Democrats who remain fixated on the idea that George W. Bush “stole” the 2000 presidential election, supposedly by relying on a Supreme Court decision to get Florida’s electoral votes. They say the decision denied Al Gore the presidency, even though Gore got the majority of popular votes cast throughout the United States.

Once enough states possessing a majority of the electoral votes (270 of the 538 electors nationally) have enacted similar laws, the presidential candidate winning the most votes nationally would be assured a majority of the Electoral College votes, regardless of how other states vote or how their electors are distributed.

Illinois, New Jersey, Hawaii, Maryland and Washington have already adopted national-popular-vote bills.

These states add up to 61 electoral votes, 23 percent of the 270 electoral votes needed to activate the legislation: Illinois, 20 electoral votes; New Jersey, 15 votes; Hawaii, 4 votes; Maryland, 10 votes; and Washington state, 11 votes.

The bill has passed 30 legislative chambers in 20 states, Corsi wrote. The National Popular Vote movement is already one-fourth of the way to accomplishing its goal.

“If the National Public Vote movement succeeds,” he added, “the president might be chosen by the popular-vote winner in 10 or 11 of the most populous states.”

For more information on the widespread support for the movement, read Jerome Corsi’s Red Alert, the premium, online intelligence news source by the WND staff writer, columnist and author of the New York Times No. 1 best-seller, “The Obama Nation.”

Connecticut, I don’t need to tell you your rich heritage,

  • One of the first 13 colonies
  • The 5th state to be ratified in 1788 by Puritan settlers from Massachusetts
  • such a magnificient work of State law that it became the bedrock case study for the US Constitution
  • You are called the Constitution State

You have the opportunity to make a change. You have an opportunity to make a very important change in current politics. We were told in the last Presidential election that it was time for change. Many (not myself included) voted for change.

However, the change we got is trying to undermine the Constitution the President swore to uphold and protect by the very current President that swore that oath of protection.

The change we currently have is attempting to bring back bigotry and racial bias, something that the late Dr. Martin Luther King would not have wanted to come from the office of a President from African American heritage.

The change that is supposedly supposed to protect us financially and make things better financially has gone from less than $9 Trillion dollars in debt to over $12 Trillion in debtin the last year.

The change that was supposed to bring more jobs to American’s has seen over 30 million Americans lose their jobs in less than a year since this change was brought to the table.

Change points fingers at the past while it’s hands take from the mouths of children in need.

Change says “We are not a Christian Nation”, when Thomas Jefferson said, “Without God, we could never have America as we know it!” and change bows it’s knee to Muslim dignitaries and kisses their ring finger.

Change allows the worst ecological disaster in the history of the United States, and blames others, even though change forced the US Coast Guard to keep recovery teams at bay and away from the spill site for days rather than allowing them to go in and start immediately.

Change has aligned itself with George Soros, Saul Alinsky, and Bill Ayers, Joel Rogers and has tried to Push Cap and Trade.

Change is playing a wild tune on the violin, while I smell smoke in America.

I challenge you people of Connecticut, do you want to maintain the status quo and let this change continue it’s destructive course in America, or do you want to proudly put a man in the whitehouse who knows truth, lives truth, speaks truth and is willing to stand up against the tide of corruption as it smashes down on him like a 70 mile an hour Nor’Wester along the Grand Banks.

Do some research and find some of the writings of those people which founded Connecticut and the rest of the 13 Colonies and see the fire in their eyes and hearts and what they saw for the future… The future as it stands today if we do nothing to stop it is not the future they saw. Please look past the polarizing plague of right or left and look at what’s best for you, what’s best for Connecticut, and most importantly, what’s best for the United States of America!

God bless the people, representatives, and governor of the great state of Connecticut, the US House and Senate, the Office of the President, and may God bless America.

Excerpt of above news story: How many Americans are targeted for assassination?
When The Washington Post’s Dana Priest first revealed (in passing) back in January that the Obama administration had compiled a hit list of American citizens targeted for assassination, she wrote that “as of several months ago, the CIA list included three U.S. citizens.” In April, both the Post and the NYT confirmed that the administration had specifically authorized the assassination of Anwar al-Awlaki. Today, The Washington Times’ Eli Lake has an interview with Obama’s top Terrorism adviser John Brennan in which Brennan strongly suggests that the number of U.S. citizens targeted for assassination could actually be “dozens”:

Wouldn’t you like to know if you’re on the President’s HIT LIST? Before you know, it We’re all going to be wearing dungarees with yellow splotches on our backs like the “citizens” of Auschwitz-Birkenau, Bergen-Belsen, Dachau

“Those who forget the past, are doomed to repeat the past.”

Global Warming? The aliens firing lazers at area 51 to force us into giving up their fallen heros and space ships?
Alamagordo going into Nuclear Meltdown because Homer Simpson is the new Facilities director?
Men in Black fighting off aliens from Venus?
Al Gore opening his mouth in yet another speach on Global Warming?
Tipper Gore thinking about her ex’s cheating ways?

Unknown date/pulled from from public photo file on Greenpeace official website
In a follow up to the somewhat humorous post yesterday… I find it amazing that GreenPeace is still blindly pushing the Global AGW agenda even though their retired leader admited almost a year ago, to a myriad of lies and mistruth’s planned and executed under their powererful umbrella of activism, that such continued blatant bombardment of lies and propaganda against the intellect of Americans  still exists.

This continued assault, even after their past director stated in the press, that they perpetrated a falsehood in their agenda is not only inexcusable, it should wake up a lot of members (and parents of members), to the type of unethical win at all cost behavior of their beloved organization. Under close questioning by BBC reporter Stephen Sackur on the “Hardtalk” program, Gerd Leipold, the retiring leader of Greenpeace, said the claim was wrong. They are paying our youth to go out and spead their lies and propaganda, under the 1st ammendment of the Constitution it is protected speech, to be sure. However, I have the right to point out their errors in hopes of waking up some of their youth that they have inspired to conspire with them in the pushing of outright lies and a dogma of falsehood in an almost religious way compared to the Hari Krishna or Mormons.
The following is an excerpt from this article linked here

I don’t think it will be melting by 2030. … That may have been a mistake,” he said.
Sackur said the claim was inaccurate on two fronts, pointing out that the Arctic ice is a mass of 1.6 million square kilometers with a thickness of 3 km in the middle, and that it had survived much warmer periods in history than the present.

The BBC reporter accused Leipold and Greenpeace of releasing “misleading information” and using “exaggeration and alarmism.”
Leipold’s admission that Greenpeace issued misleading information is a major embarrassment to the organization, which often has been accused of alarmism but has always insisted that it applies full scientific rigor in its global-warming pronouncements.

Although he admitted Greenpeace had released inaccurate but alarming information, Leipold defended the organization’s practice of “emotionalizing issues” in order to bring the public around to its way of thinking and alter public opinion.
